Your text stays in your browser
Text processing: pasted and cleaned text is processed by TextClean in memory in the current browser tab. TextClean's transformation code does not send the text to a server, analytics service, advertising service, or log.
What is stored
TextClean saves your cleaning options in your browser’s local storage so they are ready next time. It does not save the text you paste or the result. Clearing site data removes the saved options.
Network behavior
TextClean uses no account system, remote fonts, or first-party behavioral analytics. The static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files are served by the host. Standard hosting infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, time, path, and browser headers to deliver and protect the site.
Google AdSense advertising is active. Google and its partners may process page, device, network, cookie, consent, and advertising-interaction information. Advertising code runs in the page, but TextClean's own code does not pass your pasted or cleaned text to it. Review how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Clipboard access
TextClean writes the result to your clipboard only after you press Copy result. Your browser controls clipboard permission. TextClean does not read your clipboard.
Advertising choices
Where consent is required, Google advertising storage and personalized advertising are controlled through a Google-certified consent management platform. The consent interface provides choices and a way to revisit them. Contextual or limited ads may still be shown where permitted after a refusal.
Contact
TextClean currently provides support through the guidance on each tool page. A public support address will be added after its receiving route is verified.
